Founder
Hitarth is the Founder of Oryza Fibers, who are pioneer in manufacturing of paper and paperboards from agricultural waste. He started this company in 2021 with Nikhil Dhoot, a fellow classmate from school, with a mission of building sustainable packaging solutions in India for the world. Before Oryza Fibers, Hitarth worked with Rommelag Engineering (Germany) as machine designer.

Co-founder
Nikhil is the co-founder of Oryza Fibers, who are pioneer in manufacturing of paper and paperboards from agricultural waste. He joined this company in 2021 to align with a mission of building sustainable packaging solutions in india for the world. Before Oryza Fibres, Nikhil worked with national polymers looking after exports of the company. At Oryza Fibers, Nikhil handles all the marketing aspects for the company.
